On August 26, 2025, Guangzhou successfully hosted the “Xiaozhuan Portable Printer New Product Launch Event”, officially unveiling the world’s first smallest portable A4 color inkjet printer. With the theme “Palm-Sized Xiaozhuan, Smart Printing for the Future”, the event fully demonstrated Xiaozhuan Technology’s innovative breakthroughs and technological accumulation in the field of mobile printing.
The launch site gathered numerous industry guests, media representatives, and partners. The event kicked off with a speech by a representative from the host, Xiaozhuan Technology, who reviewed the company’s achievements in printing technology R&D and product innovation since its establishment in 2015, and elaborated on the original intention and vision behind launching the new portable printing product. Subsequently, a guest representative took the stage to deliver a speech, fully affirming Xiaozhuan Technology’s technical strength and market development capabilities in the printing industry.
Two new models of Xiaozhuan’s portable A4 color inkjet printers were released this time: the X1100 Business High-End Version and the X1200 Home High-End Version. Both new products have achieved independent R&D in terms of main control, software, and engine. The new products address the pain points of current market products, such as large size, heavy weight, short battery life, high cost per page, and inconvenience to carry. They aim to provide portable and fast printing experiences for mobile office users, home users, students and educators, as well as content creation/cultural and creative users.
According to reports, the size of Xiaozhuan’s portable A4 color inkjet printer is only one-fourth of that of ordinary desktop printers. The new product has a high printing resolution of 2400*4800 dpi, supports printing on various paper types including A4/Letter, black-and-white/color documents, and photos, and can continuously print 10 documents at a time, meeting both office and creative needs.
In terms of consumables, the new products adopt integrated ink cartridges and use DYE-based inks, which offer stable colors, anti-bleeding performance, and long-lasting clear printing results. In terms of printing volume, it can print up to 450 black-and-white pages and 110 color pages, greatly saving costs while providing portability for users.
Notably, Xiaozhuan’s portable A4 color inkjet printer supports drivers for domestic operating systems. Currently, it has been adapted to Tongxin UOS V20 and Kylin V4, and has been launched on various application platforms including Android, iOS, and mini-programs.
At this launch event, Xiaozhuan Technology signed a strategic agreement with partners to further expand its product market and service system. All guests took a group photo together to record this important moment. After the event, participants moved to the product experience area to personally experience the actual operation and output effect of this portable printer. Guests from all parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the future development of the printing industry and potential cooperation opportunities.
